J.B. Pritzker was first elected as governor in 2018, and was reelected in 2022. His tenure includes enacting balanced budgets each year and receiving credit upgrades for the state, increasing public school funding, banning assault weapons, and passing the Climate and Equitable Jobs Act. This past year, Governor Pritzker joined other democratic governors in taking a strong stance against a corrupt federal administration, and he has our support in the 2026 election.
