Barbara Kahl is an Oregon native whose career spans business, military family service, charitable work, and veterinary medicine. Her professional life began in retail, then expanded across 20 years in business: accounting with a world-leading frozen food manufacturer, years supporting her husband's U.S. Navy career and serving as a Navy Volunteer Ombudsman — the official liaison between command families and leadership — giving her firsthand insight into federal service, logistics, and community support systems. She then built a high-tech industry career at Intel Corporation in finance and purchasing administration, supporting multi-million-dollar budgets, establishing a global communications team, and managing a team of financial analysts and buyers

David Russ is a proven leader, small business owner, and former Mayor of Dundee who has spent decades building businesses, managing complex projects, and serving his community. From upgrading Dundee’s infrastructure and public safety systems to supporting economic growth and responsible development, David Russ has focused on practical solutions that improve everyday life for Oregonians. With experience ranging from business leadership and contract negotiations to technology and community service, David Russ brings a results-driven, people-first approach grounded in integrity, accountability, and real-world experience

Christine Drazan has always believed in the promise of Oregon and the strength of its people. As a lifelong Oregonian, wife, mom, and public servant, she knows what makes this state special — and has the experience to turn things around.

Her values were shaped by her upbringing in rural southern Oregon, Klamath Falls, where she witnessed the decline of the timber industry and how careless government decisions hurt hardworking families like her own.
