Keith Ellison is authentic and as real as they come. I had the honor of listening to him in the Crestor room at the DFL convention and his responses were not wishy washy or that of your typical politician. They were genuine and he didn't hold back or sugar coat anything. He cares about Minnesotans and making sure that every Minnesotan has the right to vote and bodily autonomy. He doesn't turn his back on his trans brothers and sisters like a lot of Democrats feel they have to do these days.
