Juliana Stratton is a progressive fighter who will not blink in this moment. She is the only major candidate who is not taking corporate PAC money and she has said she would vote to remove Chuck Shummer as Leader in the Senate.

I personally know and have worked with Daniel to expand homeless shelter access in Evanston. He is a strong progressive who does not compromise his values on the face of pushback. Unlike other candidates, he isn’t in this race to go viral, he is in it to make real change. He is the only candidate that regularly talks about breaking up corporate power and has the policy abilities to get it done.

This race is really a toss-up for me between Holly Kim and Karina Villa. I believe Holly Kim probably has the best chance to beat out establishment -backed Margaret Croke.

Sen. Karina Villa is a progressive champion and currently leading the fight to tax the rich in Illinois. She is a close ally in my work and does not back down. It would be amazing to have her in a statewide office.
