Mary Peltola is running to represent Alaska in the U.S. Senate. Peltola served as the U.S. representative from Alaska's at-large congressional district from 2022 to 2025 – the first Democrat to represent Alaska in the House of Representatives in 50 years, the first woman to represent Alaska in the House, and the first Alaska Native in Congress. In the House, the Alaska State Legislature, and as a member of the Kuskokwim River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission and the Orutsararmiut Native Council Tribal Court, she served as a consistent advocate for the needs of rural Alaskans and for improving the lives of indigenous communities. Now, she's running for Senate to put Alaska first. JDCA endorsed former Rep. Peltola in 2022 and 2024.

Rep. Yassamin Ansari is the former Vice Mayor of Phoenix and has served as the U.S. representative for Arizona's 3rd Congressional District since 2025. She is the first Iranian American elected to public office in Arizona and the youngest woman ever elected to the Phoenix City Council. She worked as an advisor in the Executive Office of the UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, as deputy political director for the Global Climate Action Summit, and as senior policy advisor to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. Her priorities include climate action, reproductive rights, and affordable college. She is a steadfast advocate for a two-state solution and believes the United States has a "critical responsibility" to help broker a solution free from the threat of violence. JDCA endorsed Rep. Ansari in 2024.

JoAnna Mendoza is running to represent Arizona's 6th District in the House. Raised in a farmworking family in Pinal County, Arizona, Mendoza went on to serve a 20-year military career in the Navy and Marine Corps. A proud mom, lifelong public servant, and retired U.S. Marine, she's always answered the call to serve. If elected, Mendoza would be the first LGBTQ+ person to represent the district. Her priorities include lowering costs for families, expanding access to health care and education, and advancing sensible gun safety laws.

Rep. Greg Stanton was first elected to Congress in 2018 and currently serves as the U.S. representative for Arizona's 4th Congressional District. Prior to his Congressional election, Stanton served for six years as the Mayor of Phoenix, where he focused on cutting carbon emissions and promoting LGBTQ+ equality. JDCA endorsed Rep. Stanton in 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024.

Governor Katie Hobbs is a proven defender of democracy. Prior to being elected governor in 2022, she served as Arizona's secretary of state and stood up to Trump and Republican efforts to overturn the 2020 election in Arizona. Hobbs also previously served in the State House and Senate, where she rose to Senate Minority Leader and championed expanding Medicaid, increasing access to healthcare, strengthening public education, and protecting voting rights. JDCA endorsed Governor Hobbs in 2022 and for her candidacy in 2026.
