Shall the Governing Board of Cave Creek Unified School District No. 93 of Maricopa County, Arizona, be authorized to sell, lease or exchange the following described parcel of real property, or any portion thereof, and use all or a portion of any such proceeds of any such sale, lease or exchange to purchase school sites and/or to construct, improve, equip and furnish school buildings, including technology, to purchase student transportation vehicles and/or any other permitted capital expenditure? The real property is described as follows:
Parcel: Site referred to as Desert Sun Academy located at 27880 N. 64th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona 85266 (approximately 16.15 acres).
