THIS IS A PROPERTY TAX INCREASE The issuance of $60,800,000 of bonds for the improvement, capital renovation, repair and replacement, and equipment of existing District stadium facilities, and the levying of a tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the costs of any credit agreements executed or authorized in anticipation of, in relation to or in connection with the bonds.

These ballot measures are controversial because of the increase in taxes at a time when economically many people are hurting financially, HOWEVER it is clear that Cy-Fair ISD has a budget deficit.
