Shall Unified School District No. 251, Lyon County, Kansas (North Lyon County), issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $5,190,000, to pay a portion of the
estimated $5,390,000 costs to acquire a site for and construct, furnish and equip a new athletic complex, and all necessary improvements related thereto; all pursuant to the
provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 72-5457, and
K.S.A. 72-5458 et seq.? The balance of the costs of the project shall be paid from
available capital outlay funds of the District.
