Attacks reproductive rights by reversing what Missourians just voted for in 2024. A "yes" vote would add intense regulations, limit exceptions, and give politicians additional power to regulate reproductive healthcare decisions in the Missouri Constitution.

Reverses the reproductive rights MO voters passed in 2024 with more restrictive framework; hyper-regulations on when abortion is allowed, limits exceptions & gives lawmakers broader authority to add new regulations in the MO Constitution.

Let's discuss.
If you voted YES in 2024, because you wanted to make sure All of us have the Right to the reproductive care we choose (reproductive care that helps keep us safe and secure in our own bodies, reproductive care which our doctors recommend, reproductive care that our physicians deliberately go to medical school for to become knowledgeable enough to provide), you will want to vote NO this time.
It is Lifesaving, it is personal, and our Politicans should never be allowed to keep us from making decisions about our own bodies. And that includes for minors. Parents, therapists, and Doctors know what treatments are best to try, to allow our children a life worth living. Our bodies are the temples of our souls, if the container doesn't allow you to flow properly, we change the container, and we become more whole. We know that, and we practice that with all other medical decisions.
there are hateful people who are trying to make you believe you are not smart enough to make an informed decision about your family's Healthcare, including when you bring children into the world, and how you can provide for them once they are here.
We already voted on this, however this measure is on the ballot again, only with opposite language, because conservative politicians claim to believe you aren't smart enough to have made an informed decision last time. Really, they just refuse to accept your answer. They thought more of us would vote to restrict the rights of our neighbors and our families, and they hope more of the type of people who would do that to each other will turn out to vote, with this administration in place to embolden them.
I dont believe that, they don't believe that, you don't believe that. If we have to vote again, we will Vote the same way, and bring our friends. We will say it LOUDER! Let's inform our friends and neighbors that this time, we are voting NO, to keep government from stealing our Right to decide about our own Healthcare!

This amendment reverses the reproductive rights Missouri voters passed in 2024.
Locks in limits and hands politicians a toolbox to keep tightening the screws on women's reproductive rights at any time.
Twelve-week cap plus reporting requirement for rape or incest. The survivor is forced to jump through extra hoops before getting care: first report the assault to law enforcement, then get official documentation proving it was reported.
Special admitting requirements, licensing traps and hyper-regulation under the guise of "health & safety" which shuts down clinics.
It bans abortions based on disability diagnosis, second-guessing private decisions between parents and physicians.
Sneaks in anti-trans lanuage by lumping in gender-transition procedures which is already illegal in Missouri. It's ballot candy.

Missouri voters already voted to remove the state's abortion ban in 2024. Voting yes undoes that vote and reinstates the ban. Vote No on 3 to keep abortion legal!
