Constitution already bans racial preferences in hiring, contracting, and education, and 142 adds broad new restrictions. Censors what can be said in our schools and institutions relating to race, ethnicity, intersectionality, gender identity, or sexual orientation, or any related practices or concepts the legislature chooses to ban. A power grab by a state legislature that wants to drag us backwards.
