Shall the Ordinance allowing funds to be used for the purchase and/or construction of a new fire department building for the benefit of the Village of Lordstown Fire Department, in addition to the previously approved purchasing, providing, and maintaining facilities, motor vehicles, communications and other equipment, used directly in the operation of a Fire Department and EMS Safety Services, and/or the
payment of salaries of permanent fire personnel within the Village of Lordstown, from the one half percent (0.5%) portion of the current one-and-a-half (1.5%) rate assessed on all salaries, wages, commissions, and other compensation and all other individual income subject to tax pursuant to Chapter 181 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Lordstown and earned within the Village as the Village is defined in Chapter 181, be passed, effective on and after January 1, 2027?
