against loss caused by dishonest acts, theft, or failure to faithfully perform official duties, including, without limitation, a
Government Entity Crime Policy with a Faithful Performance of Duty endorsement, or any successor or substantially
equivalent form of coverage maintained by the City, in an amount not less than that otherwise required for the bond, so
long as such policy is maintained, in lieu of a separate surety bond?
