providing Emergency Medical Services that the county auditor estimates will collect
$98,076 annually, at the rate not to exceed
two (2.0) mills for each $1.00 taxable value,
which amounts to $70 for each $100,000 of
the county auditor appraised value, for five
(5) years, commencing in 2026, first due in
calendar year 2027.
