Question 18: Proposed Tax Levy (Renewal)

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Camden Township for the purpose of providing and maintaining fire apparatus, appliances, buildings, or sites thereof, or sources of water supply and materials thereof, or establishment and
maintenance of lines of fire alarm telegraph, or payment of permanent, part-time, or volunteer firefighters or firefighting
companies to operate the same, including the payment of the fire employer's contribution required under section 742.34 of
the Revised Code, or to purchase ambulance equipment, or to provide ambulance, paramedic, or other emergency
medical services operated by the fire department or firefighting company pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 5705.19 (I) and 505.39 that the county auditor estimates will collect $107,132 annually, at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each $1 of
taxable value, which amounts to $36 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
