A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Butler County for the purpose of
operating mental health service programs and maintaining and operating
mental health facilities by the Butler County Mental Health and Addiction
Recovery Services Board, that the county auditor estimates will collect
$8,462,958 annually, at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each $1 of taxable
value, which amounts to $20 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's
market value, for a period of 10 years, commencing in 2026, first due in
calendar year 2027.
