Shall the City of Norton, Kansas be authorized to impose a one half percent (0.5%) city wide special purpose retailers' sales tax, the revenue from which will be applied to fund an
infrastructure improvement program consisting of repairing, rebuilding, rehabilitating,
upgrading, constructing and improving city streets and related infrastructure, with
collection of such sales tax to commence on January 1, 2027 or as soon thereafter as
permitted by law, and to terminate ten (10) years from the date of commencement, all
pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 12-187 et seq., as amended?
