Shall Article III, Section 1(b), of the Charter of the City of Broadview Heights be amended to provide that no person shall hold the office of councilperson for more than three (3) consecutive four (4) year terms or twelve (12) consecutive years. Terms served prior to the effective date of this amendment shall not be counted.
