Shall the Village of Paulding, Ohio, levy an additional municipal income tax of one-tenth percent (.10%) per year for the sole purpose of street construction, reconstruction, repair, maintenance, and related street infrastructure improvements, effective January 1, 2027, with the tax to be levied on all income taxable under the Village's income tax code and continuing for a five (5) year period.
