Shall the City of Yates Center, Kansas, be authorized to levy a one-fourths of one percent (0.25%) city retailers'
sales tax, in addition to the one-and-three-fourths (1.75%) tax currently levied, within the City of Yates Center, Kansas, and
to use the revenue from the additional tax for the maintenance and operation of the City pool in accordance with the
provisions of K.S.A. 12-187, et. seq.,as amended, with such additional tax to take effect of January 1, 2027, and to end on
December 31, 2036?
