Shall Ordinance 344-2026-06 adopting an $80.00 wheel tax in Trousdale County for each motor-driven vehicle and a $50.00 wheel tax for each antique vehicle, motorcycle, motor driven bicycle, scooter, side by side and any low or medium speed vehicle, the owner of which resides in Trousdale County, TN and the proceeds from such wheel tax to be used for the construction of the county jail and the repayment of any debt incurred for that purpose until the successful payoff of any debt, and the ordinance shall sunset forty years from effective date the first collection of the tax begins, be approved?
