Rena Moran is a Ramsey County Commissioner, former Minnesota State Representative, early childhood education advocate, and proud St. Paul resident serving District 4. Before joining the Ramsey County Board in 2023, Rena served six terms in the Minnesota House, where she led work on health and human services, early childhood education, affordable housing, and economic opportunity. As a county commissioner, she continues to focus on supporting families, strengthening communities, expanding housing and workforce opportunities, and ensuring Ramsey County residents have a voice in the decisions that affect their lives.
