Mamas Headed to the Polls
Led by Tearani Nance · 38 voters
Jamie Davis is a Louisiana farmer and former Tensas Parish Police Juror whose campaign prioritizes affordability, healthcare access, public education, and economic opportunity. His proposals include raising the federal minimum wage, expanding affordable housing, protecting maternal healthcare, and strengthening public schools. As a single, working mother with a child enrolled in Head Start, these are issues that directly affect my family and the future I want for my daughter.

One of the most crucial races on my ballot. Davis’s priorities on healthcare, affordability, public education, voting rights, and economic opportunity more closely reflect what I want for Louisiana.

This is clearly going to be a runoff, but I'd suggest Jamie Davis or Nick Albares.
