This race was heavily influenced by outside dark money groups and big names/money amongst Montana Dems. Had it not been, Bankhead would have stood a much better chance than she now does. Despite winning the primary and securing over 48,000 MT votes, she now faces an extremely uphill battle because of money and dark-money ad campaigns. She is the stronger candidate--both in integrity and policy. All we can do is vote for the individual we think will have the most fight and influence in DC. Given her record, experience, and policy points, I think Bankhead is that person.
