Julee Brooks, a mother of a Hart District student who did not just enroll this year, and CEO of an extended learning non-profit across Los Angeles, has common sense priorities: supporting teachers, accessible and special education funding, proper resource allocation, parental involvement, and student safety. This has made Julee Brooks quite a controversial candidate for some local parents who do not support her anti-ICE and pro-trans perspectives. She is endorsed by many local educators, teachers unions, and high school youth groups across the district. Protect public schools, vote for Julee Brooks.
