We don't want judges to make decisions based on what voters want. We want them to follow the rule of law. Unless there's something glaringly bad about a judge (ex: criminal offense, sexual misconduct, etc.) I vote to retain seated judges

Political appointee who was previously a senior political advisor to Jerry Brown. We need judges who are far less political.

Surprisingly, there is a reason to vote no on one of these. He's fine, but he used to be a big tech lawyer who defended a bunch of big tech. We could do better and if he gets enough nos then Newsom would appoint someone he thinks is better. Maybe we could get someone who isn't always sucking up to big tech.
