Shall the City of Kimball impose a sales and use tax of one-ha cent (0.5%) upon the transactions within the City of Kimball which are subject to the Nebraska state sales and use tax, with the proceeds of said tax to be used exclusively for the Economic Development Program as provided in the City of Kimball Economic Development Plan (Amended 2026), for an indefinite period until terminated or modified in accordance with applicable law?
