increasing its annual special parcel tax from $22 to $37/parcel/year,
with an annual escalator of 1%, until ended by voters, generating
approximately $510,000 the first year, to sustain essential recreation
services; improve and maintain parks, recreational facilities, and
community amenities; address rising costs, emergency repair
and disaster recovery; all funds remain local used only for these
purposes with annual audit/ reporting?
