FLOCK — the Federation for Liberty, Organization, Communication & Knowledge — is an independent network of American citizens organized to restore the consent of the governed. Heir to the Committees of Correspondence, we share intelligence, coordinate lawful action, amplify ignored voices, and hold our institutions accountable when they fail to represent us. We are not a party or campaign. We are the people, organizing where our government no longer does.
