About
Judge Cox has served as Judge of Harris County Probate Court #3 since January 2019. Cox presides over one of the busiest probate dockets in Texas, handling estates, guardianships, probate litigation, and civil mental health cases. Cox is a member of the Guardianship Subcommittee of the Texas Governor's Committee on People with Disabilities, teaches at the University of Houston Law Center, and consistently earns high ratings in the Houston Bar Association's Judicial Evaluation Questionnaire.
