Judge Fallon was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2001. She was appointed to the circuit court in 2019 and elected in 2020. She has been assigned to Domestic Relations since July 2023, after initial assignments in Traffic and First Municipal. Prior to her appointment she was Chief of Human Resources for the Cook County Recorder of Deeds; she had been a prosecutor prior to taking that position. She has been a speaker in legal matters, a moot court judge, and a committee member for the Illinois State Bar Association.
Attorneys reported that she demonstrates strong legal knowledge and analytical ability and is well-respected for her preparedness and fairness. ISBA recommends Judge Patricia M. Fallon be retained to the Circuit Court of Cook County.
